Basketball Training With A Purpose

At PBC we believe in training players with a purpose by helping them to focus on the details that we work on in training…athleticism, balance, controlled scoring, explosiveness, change of speed/change of direction, etc. Most trainings have a different emphasis at each session such as shooting, finishing, ball handling, and passing but will also be comprehensive to cover all aspects of development. We are very fortunate to have excellent facilities as well as two Dr. Dish CT Shooting Machines to utilize in our trainings.

Strength & Conditioning

Our Fever & Force teams are very fortunate to be under the tutelage of Eric Markovcy and his Speed Advantage Training staff. Our athletes are exposed to very high level training that most players do not get to experience until they get to college which gives our players a tremendous advantage when they get to that next level. The equipment and facilities are top notch and the program is very comprehensive in nature including various training aspects such as speed & agility, injury prevention, strength & conditioning, nutrition, and recovery.
